1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cocoa powder
6 eggs room temp
1 cup granulated erythrotol
1/4 cup coconut milk
Or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp salt
Mix
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Mix
Bake in 8×8 parchment lined pan
Top with chopped nuts for garnish.
Bake at 350 deg for 30 min
Notes:
For dairy free substitute coconut milk for almond milk
For nut free leave out nuts or substitute roasted pumpkin seeds
