Add sweetners and water to pan on stovetop.
Heat to medium to boil stirring occasionally.
Turn to low and add all other ingredients except xanthum gum.
Mix well heat to low boil.
Add xanthum gum slowly stirring well as you go.
Heat and whisk for several minutes.
Cool and pour into maple syrup jar.
Flavor not exactly like maple syrup but low carb.
