Zero Carb Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

1 10 oz can chicken drained well
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Drain chicken and for a crispier crust squeeze it in cheese cloth to remove all moisture.
Mix with cheese and egg.
Spread thin on parchment to medium sized pizza crust.
Bake about 10 min at 475 deg F or until done.
Remove from oven and top.
Cook about 10 min more till ingredients hot.
For crispier crust you can remove the parchment after it is cooked the first time.
