Ingredients:
1 tsp Active dry yeast
1 tsp raw honey 5g
1.25cp warm water
100 g Egg white powder
2 Tbsp Arrowroot flour 16g
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp xanthum gum and
2 Tbsp allulose 18g
2 tsp Dried egg yolk powder
1/4 cup Butter powder
Opt 1 tsp butter extract
3 Tbsp melted Kerry gold butter
Sprinkling of Flaked sea salt
Directions:
Into mixer bowl add
5 g honey
1.25 cup warm water
Mix with fork
1 tsp active dry yeast
Let stand 3-5 min to bloom
Add egg white powder less is better than more.
Add arrowroot powder. Salt. Cream of tartar. Xanthum gum. Allulose
Mix up to max speed then for 5 minutes.
Make sure pan ready. Silicon mesh for hamburger buns works well.
Spray with oil for extra browning on bottom.
Add butter extract. Egg yolk powder.
Butter powder and mix on low till incorporated scraping sides.
Quickly add to pan and shape like you want.
Bake for 15 minutes then brush with 3 Tbsp melted butter. Then sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Optional. Soft butter powder on top and brush for flour look.
Eat!
Slice and use as bun or dip in soup or eat plain.

Microwave 5-10 sec or toast.
