Ingredients:

Melt
113g 1/2 cup butter
175g 1 cup unsweetened dark chocolate

120g 0.6 cup erythritol
3 eggs room temp
30g. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt

30g. 1/4 cup coconut flour

For filling:
200g. 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
20g 3 Tbsp Lakanto powdered sweetner
56g 1/4 cup melted butter
240ml. 1 cup heavy cream

Spread over brownies

Chocolate Ganache:
120 ml. 1/2 cup whipping cream
120g. 3/4 cup. Unsweetened dark chocolate
50g. 1/4 cup erythritol
Salt
Melt over low heat

Pour over bet coconut too and spread

Sprinkle w salt

Directions:

Melt and mix brownie batter.

350 deg
15 min

Lined w parchment and greased
Into 8 or 9 inch pan

Cover brownies with coconut topping

Spread with chocolate ganache

Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares

Notes:

Coconut milk or coconut cream can be substituted for heavy cream.
